Guidance on Logic Modeling and RTD Evaluation

I was introduced to logic modeling by Canadians in 1993 and have developed logic models, often as part of larger evaluation frameworks, for many different programs and organizations in the U.S. and other countries. I co-authored my first “how to” article on logic models in 1999, and have often been invited to talk about logic modeling in the area of research, technology, development, and deployment.
I also co-authored guides on evaluation for the U.S Department of Energy. In addition to the logical frameworks, there were guides for in-progress peer review, R&D evaluation methods, and benefit-cost studies for technology programs. I have been part of developing other RTD evaluation methodology guidelines, one of which is among those offered in the table below. |
